CURRENCY

All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams.

If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in the above currency you may still be able to check out in your credit card’s currency. ABAKOFI COFFEE processes all payments through paytabs.com which accepts various worldwide currencies.

PAYMENT

When you select ‘Place Order” you will be directed to Myfatoorah secure payment processing page. Your purchase can be converted to any currency supported by myfatoorah.com.  If your preferred currency is not supported on myfatoorah.com there will be a currency conversion fee charged to your credit card. The final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction. ABAKOFI COFFEE is not responsible for any fees and charges you may incur from your bank..

All payments will be processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams.

 

COFFEE DELIVERY

 

ABAKOFI COFFEE pledges to accept orders placed via the Internet, within the limit of available stocks, on the terms of this instrument, which you must declare you have read and accepted when you validate your order.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, ABAKOFI COFFEE is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTY

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. ABAKOFI COFFEE will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Without limiting the scope of these General Conditions of Sale, no claim of any kind, whether as to products delivered or non-delivery of products, or otherwise, shall be greater in amount than the purchase price of the products in respect of which damages are claimed. ABAKOFI COFFEE will never be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature.
